I am a firm believer that the more love and kindness you give without expectation, the more comes back to you.

I learned the Sanskrit word maitri whilst choosing a design for a friendship ring. There are variations on its exact meaning but the one I like most is ‘loving kindness towards oneself and unconditional friendship’

Along my life journey I have been blessed with making many special friends, fellow light workers who share their gifts and knowledge to help others.
